Description
This is the fifth of six courses in the Coordinated Access series. This course provides further detail beyond the Introduction to By-Name Lists and Introduction to Coordinated Access courses and builds on the Community Participation and System Access and Entry courses in this series. In this course, you will learn what comprises “housing resources” in the context of Coordinated Access, how to assess progress, how to strategically identify and engage housing resources for Coordinated Access, and how to complete a Housing Resource Inventory.
